Shipping, Returns & Exchanges Policy

1. Our Products

  1. a) Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, the images of the products on our site are for illustrative purposes only.
  2. b) We cannot guarantee that your computer’s display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the products; your products may vary slightly from those images.

2. Processing Guidelines

  1. a) All products on the site are subject to availability and payment being received before the order is processed.
  2. b) We will contact you if the Products you have ordered are out of stock, or if additional identification is needed for credit card verification.

3. Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

4. My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

5. Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order is shipped that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking information within 5 days, please contact us.

6. How can my shipping go through customs?

Kiss & Kids is not responsible for custom fees once the items have been shipped. By buying or purchasing our products, you agree some packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

7. How long does shipping take?

We try our best to ship products to our customers soon as possible.  Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your country or location. Below is our estimated time:

8. Inspection

  1. a) You are required to inspect the delivered Products once you receive your order and ensure that the products are in “as expected”
  2. b) In the event they are not in an “as expected” condition, please Contact Us as soon as possible with all necessary information, including photographic proof.

9.  Returns and Exchanges

9.1 Returns

We accept returns on most Products within 15 days of receipt, for items that HAVE NOT BEEN OPENED, USED or ALTERED, and with ALL tags and/or stickers attached AND accompanied with original Sale Receipts.

9.2 Exchanges

  1. a) All exchange notices must be received to our office within 7 days of receiving your order. We will do our best to fulfil your exchange request.
  2. b) If your desired replacement item is no longer available we will help you find another item you like.
  3. c) If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

9.3 Returns and Exchanges Procedure

  1. a) If you want to return or exchange your order, you must take reasonable care of the Products, and they should be returned unused and in their original condition from the original delivery address. We recommend that you ask the shipping carrier for proof of posting and insure the return shipment, as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them.
  2. b) In case of dispute, we also recommend you retain proof of sending. Without this, we cannot process a return/exchange if we do not receive the returned items. Please Contact Us so we may provide you with a Return Address.
  3. c) All returns must be received by our office within 30 days of receiving your order. Please choose your shipping method accordingly. You are responsible for all costs incurred in returning the item to us.
  4. d) For Returns, we will be able to process your Refund for you in the form of store credit within 7 days of us receiving the returned Product. Please not that original shipping charge is non-refundable.
  5. e) For Exchanges, we will ship to you the desired Product, within 14 days of us receiving the returned Product, as per our Shipping policy.

10. Damaged or defective goods

  1. a) We are committed to selling only first-quality products. To that end, we employ several quality checks before an item is shipped.
  2. b) If you have received a damaged or defective item, please Contact Us within 7 days of receiving the order to be eligible for a free exchange with a free replacement item.
  3. c) We will ship to you a new replacement Product, within 30 days of us receiving the damaged or defective product, as per our shipping policy.

11. Events outside our control

We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations if caused by events outside our reasonable control, including (but not restricted to) fire, flood, severe weather, explosion, war, act of terrorism, industrial dispute, or acts of local or central Government or other competent authorities.

12. Entire agreement

This policy and other notices elsewhere on our website contain the whole agreement between us and you relating to the purchase and supply of Products.
